It is now very easy to submit articles and news to PALS. In the bottom right hand corner of every page you will find a text box. Simply submit your article or information for our admin to approve.

If you wish to add comments to any article on PALS you can do this by registering. All you need to do then is submit your comments in the form provided and they will then be approved by our admin.

If you were previously registered on our site and are having problems logging in you may need to register again. A major upgrade some time ago corrupted some of the site settings and we have been unable to restore the status of previous online members.
