Damien Ripper would have to be one of society’s most reviled individuals and he only went a step further to prove that recently when he lost his cool and attacked some innocent drivers during a road rage incident.
This moron hit another car at 110kmh on a freeway near Drouin last September and tried to run it off the road in an effort to avoid any further trouble to himself because of his criminal background.
The fact that his actions might have killed the people in the other car didnt matter to him, because he is they type of criminal that could’nt care less about anyone but himself. This is the same bloke who savagely beat a five year old child back in 2006 because he didnt like what the kid was doing, and was then given an insulting sentence of only 18 months jail. This sentence was appealed after public outrage and he was given an increase of a year on the original term.
Magistrate Duncan Reynolds felt strongly enough about his reckless actions with regards this road rage incident that he gave Ripper a 22 months jail penalty.
Incidently, Ripper owes the parole board at least two years for his previous assault charge so we can only hope that they show proper due judgement and make him serve that term on top of the new 22 months. The scary thing about this case was the way his latest girlfriend sternly defended this pathetic individual.The fact that he had bashed a young child senseless didnt seem to matter to her, as all she was worrried about was trying to not have her own little Damien getting locked up again. Thank goodness the victims had the courage to take him on and that the magistrate showed due diligence in putting this meanace away.
Looks like a case of birds of a feather flock together.
