People Against Lenient Sentencing

About us

People Against Lenient Sentencing was formed by a number of concerned people in Frankston after the pathetic sentence handed down to one of this states most vile individuals Paul Charles Denyer.

This person was responsible for the brutal killing of at least 3 young women in that area and he only received a paltry sentence of 10 years for each murder.

The group was formed to provide victims and the public in general with a voice that could force change to our out of touch sentencing procedures and make the Legal fraternity accountable for its actions.

We are regularly called upon by the media to voice our concerns on numerous matters relating to current and past issues relating to sentencing.

Hardly a day goes by when we are not heavily involvedĀ in fighting for justice for those who are the victims and we will continue to voice our concerns on all matters related to our cause.

Justice not only has to be done, it has to be seen to be done.
